Season Enterprises was founded by Season and Heather Shrestha in 1994. We are dedicated to providing wholesalers with the finest handmade Nepalese jewelry, clothing, and crafts. We take pride in the quality of our products and in supporting artisans in Nepal.

Season was born in a small Newari town called Sankhu, which is 10 miles east of Kathmandu. Heather and Season met in Taiwan, and Heather went to live in Nepal with Season to learn more about Nepalese culture and to get to know Season's family. (She liked it a lot -- they got married there in 1994.) Heather and Season then moved to the United States, and Season began to import handicrafts from Nepal.

Season has been in the import-export business for more than 10 years. He has very close and personal contact with craftspeople in Nepal and travels home each year. That's how he manages to select beautiful jewelry, clothing, and crafts -- at a great price.

Our goal is to preserve Nepalese art and culture and to encourage Nepal's economic growth by buying handicrafts directly from the Nepalese people who make them.
